Main responsibilities:
• Consulted for designing a new catering in Ho Chi Minh City (factory size: 5600 m2 and production capacity of up to 12,500 meals per day).
• Designed and built the procedures, SOPs, international standards, guidelines for quality management, and legal documents.
• Collaborated with the Executive Chef and Marketing Manager in terms of the food cost, selling price, bank menu, potential clients, and ROI.

• Led the HSE team (team size: 5-8 members) including preparing an audit schedule at Vingroup's subsidiaries, approximately 12-15 properties; preparing roster every 15 days.
• Re-assessed and reviewed the current quality management in Vinpearl's properties
• Cooperated with GM in each property to analyze the nonconformance and find solutions at a reasonable cost.
• Handled complaints or inquiries from clients and the local Food Safety Authority regarding food matters.
• Trained and published new updates in the Quality system and food safety law to all employees in Vinpearl brands.

• Directly inspected and monitored the quality of products by comparing standard samples based on approved criteria and an actual batch of production.
