As the Assistant to Director
- To assist the Director in developing and implementing plans and goals for the department.
- To work with, coordinate Teams members in the Company and supervise daily operations (E-Commerce &usiness).
- To conduct weekly, monthly, quarterly reports regarding to performance and workload of teams as well as revenue arrived from the e-commerce business .
- To report directly to Director of the Company
As the HR Specialist
- To maintain and develop HR policies, ensuring compliance and to contribute the development of the Company/s HR policies.
- To ensure appropriate communication at all staff levels.
- To facilitate 9 support the development of the Team members .
- To undertake stafjng responsibilities (hiring, training, evaluating etc.)
- To assist in budgeting and monitoring expenses.
- To fuljll duties as assigned by the director.
- To conducting end-0-end recruitment as required by the Director.
- To plan and conduct training programs for team members in the purpose of adapting new work process, work6ow designed by the Management
