1. VINAMILK - Store Leader - Mainly responsible for:

-Placing orders of all catogories based on the sell-out data.

-Planning and holding offline activities to attract more customers.

-Supporting staff on the shift.

-Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports to the Supervisor. Recognistions and gains:

-Improve management skills through daily tasks.

-Upgrade my problem solving skill via contacting new customers

2. GS25 VIETNAM - Assisstant Store Manager - Main responsibilities:

-Different from the previous job, GS25 give the managers the right to order all categories of goods in the store. Therefore, I can control the goods based on the consumability of the store.

-Arrange the working schedule according to the percentage of COL weekly given by the Operation Manager.

-Control the quantity and quality of the goods lead to disposal target. Recognition and gains:

- Improve the management skills, problem-solving skill that I have gained before.

- Continously collect experiences that support the managent.

3 B'SMART - Store Manager - Main responsibilities:

Control operating costs and monthly expenses.

-Find out the ways to maximize the selling ability of the store.

-Introduce, consult products and answer customers' queries.

-Assist to control goods in and out Recognition and gains:

-Take advantage of management skills, problemsolving skill.

-Collect experiences from controlling and managing sales, goods, and human.
