1. GREY GROUP VIETNAM - ACCOUNT MANAGER (Feb 2019 – Now)
- Report to AM & COO which dependson each project.
- Be project driver from creativ e assets development to production stage, including Brief PH, PPM, Shooting,post production…
- Work closely with relevant stake holders including the digital consultancy agency in foreign country appointed by client to define the right insight of different segmentation groups to IMC strategy &dev eloptheprecision marketingprojects
- Join client’s regional meetings to: present the proposal & costing; discuss the brand strategies & up-coming project planning & development; coordinate with Grey colleagues in other country toensurethe post-production works& deliv erablesrelev antwith Vietnam market.
- Involve in business development process to search for new clients and expand market share of Grey Group Vietnam
- Work with Junior account executive & intern staffs on daily work or solve the issues which are raised from Clients
2. GEOMETRY VIET NAM (WPP GROUP) – SENIOR ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE (Feb 2018 – Feb 2019)
- Together with Account Managerto workon IMC proposal & present toclients
- Be one of key drivers of IMC campaigns (from planning to execution including creative idea/concept development, packaging design, shooting, production, event, media, KOL management,social content management…)
- Work closely with strategic planner director to finetune brand strategy & communication plan to meet client’s expectations
- Supervise the implementation of new major accounts & maintain the good relationship with existingclients & make them satisfied with high-qualitydeliverables.
- Make the weekly, monthly and quarterly clients’ reportsand
- Conduct theon-job trainingfor Junior Account Executive
3. OMG VIET NAM (BTL AGENCY) – ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE (Aug 2015 – Jan 2018)
- Be theproject leader who lead theproject execution frominternal & external.
- Work with relevant department: creative, operation, training team to ensure the project executed ascommitted timeline & underclient’s expectation.
- Work out the project quotation & dealdirectly with client toget it approved.
- Make theproject report with in-depthanalysis what drivestosuccess & key learnings.
- Together with account manager to work on activation concept proposal with big ideas that needsto be approvedby Business Unit Directorbeforepresentingto clients.
- Liaise daily with operation department to daily report/weekly report & quickly come up with solutions how toimprov e & achieve the KPI fortotalproject.
