1. BO- LE-RO TO VINH DIEN
Main responsibilities:
- Serve and receive orders for customers.
- Present menu and provide detailed information when asked.
- Observe, learn and grasp the needs of customers and inform customer about day's special.
2. AIR FREIGHT INTERNSHIP MLC-ITL LOGISTICS CO.LTD - INTERNSHIP - AIR FREIGHT DEPARTMENT
Main responsibilities:
- Inquiry rates, check rates agents and Airlines, prepare freight quotation and send to Customers and Sales department.
- Update notify air export/import shipments, documentation from shipping agents and Airlines.
- Update data such as war risk surcharges & fuel charge for Air Cargo , flight schedule to file air freight charges for HCM & Ha Noi.
- Assist Sales department check rates regularly.
- Support database files and customer service in customer query resolution and exception handing, send to contract with most Airline in Ha Noi & HCM by directing the manager.
- Support quarterly sales report, sale data analysis of Air-export & import following instruction from the supervisor/manager.
- Support with Docs - Cus/Opt department to handle jobs.
- Basic knowledge of Logistics: Incoterms, Air/sea/road fee and surcharges, transportation and combination export-import field.
- Other task assigned by manager.
