- Information extraction through the data the company provides to the customer combined with the individual's own additional search.

-Setting up calls, consulting customers about company products and services such as: designing coffee carts, coffee of all kinds, licensing consulting services, etc., in 68 provinces.

- Experience in building content, pages, running ads for development and consulting.

-Building the image of the company, creating trust to turn new customers into familiar customers.

- Handling problems arising from customers. For example: delayed shipping, wrong product, payment, policy, extension program.

- Support and take care of old customers in the process of using the product to achieve the best use effect and advise on product upgrading.

-Make daily/weekly/monthly reports.

2. Prudential Vietnam Assurance Private Ltd., - Assistant Sales Manager

- In 2 years, recruiting insurance consultants, agents source from social networking sites such as Linked in, Facebook, Twitter...., arrange interview and training schedule (about 40%).

- Support Sales Manager in planning, meeting and implementing business strategies to increase sales of the group.

- Consulting and assisting in setting goals, action plans, scheduling appointments with partners, policies and orientations of the group.
