1. Mita Holding - Position: Assistant to Chairman cum Operation advisor
Mita holding is a company in the business of financing sustainable project in the area of Petrol, Gas Station, Construction material and real estate. Mita holding utilizes its affiliate companies with its expertise to implement a project that the company invested in.
I was invited by The Chairman of Mita Holding to join his company worked as an Assistant to Chairman to support in reporting and analyzing report and also supported a Managing Director in implementing these following tasks as identified below:
- Carried out the auditing activity within a company to identify SWOT for a purpose of developing a business strategy
- Supporting in developing Corporate strategy together with business model for the Mother and 4 of its subsidiary companies include Chung Co, Asian Bio Energy, Mita real and Sakumi
- To build and develop sustainable report with Logical business intelligence and analysis
- Developed OKRs, KPI, RACI for the purpose of monitoring operation activity effectively and efficiently
- Build up working procure and policy to ensure smooth operation and support a Company’s objective
- Within ½ month of working, I was promote to be Head of Petrol trading (ABE), I was also tasked to be a Head of Legal of an organization
- Beside I was tasked to support a Managing Director to come up with proper solution to solve a daily operation issue effectively and logically.
- Carried financial survey and analysis for Paint Project
2. Tran Phuc Limited Company - Position: Chief Executive officer cum Business Owner
I developed this company for the purpose of supporting a the Mother company, Natural Linh Chi Mushroom Corporation, in the area of distribution, marketing and branding its product named “Linh Cognac”. Within one year of an initial production period, a product its self was available in 12/60 provinces in Vietnam. Tran Phuc company is the strongest agencies in B2B sale with a well-known organization in Vietnam such as Sacombank, Satra Corporation, Saigon Port Corporation, Big C, Saigon Bank, Inexim Corporation, Vissan Corporation, Hotel and Restaurant operated in Ho Chi Minh City. Tran Phuc was the top sale agencies of Linh Chi Cognac product in 3 years period.
