Main responsibilities:
- Handle and control orders from customer
- Being bridge between factory and customer to make sure that orders are produced on confirmed schedule
- Prepare shipping document for customer and closely follow up to ensure delivery to customer on time
- Inform estimated production lead time, making quotation and contract
- Follow up and collect payment every month
- Receive and respond all request, claim from customer after sales
