2. SALES SUPERVISOR // 08/2021 - 09/2022 - Citigym

I started working at Citigym in August 2021 as a Sales Member, responsible for advising and supporting customers to join the club and providing information about the benefits and types of suitable training programs.

In February 2022, I was nominated for the position of Training Supervisor. And in April, I officially signed a contract as a Sales Supervisor:

-Conduct training for new employees and motivate and inspire them.

-Resolve customer complaints, inquiries, and requests.

-Develop plans and strategies to boost team and company sales.

-Collaborate with the Marketing and Communications departments to understand customer needs and trends, and always innovate the customer closing process for employees.

-Conduct weekly and quarterly evaluations and reports on the quality of customer service and report the team's performance to management.

-Support and closely train capable employees to be promoted, rewarded, and warned for those who have not had good performance.

-Ensure individual monthly sales.

-Fully update the promotion programs and terms to disseminate to employees.

-At the Sales Membership Supervisor position, I won the Best Supervisor award in April, May, and June, and was nominated for the position of Assistant Manager Training.

Reason for leaving: The working environment provides good income and I have been trained in many skills, but because I have a different direction and do not fit the working hours at the company, I have resigned.

3. SALES EXECUTIVE // 10/2020 - 06/2021 - Ab Concept (H.T.N.K) 

- Caring, looking for customers, consulting on high-class interior products: Architectural design, interior design, construction, finishing construction and furniture production .

- Finding and approaching, developing new customers: Agents, high-end apartment projects, new urban areas,...

- Make weekly, monthly and quarterly work plans.

- Receive and handle customer complaints about product quality, delivery time….

- Follow up the process of contract liquidation, debt collection of customers customer care support and advice at home because of the covid-19 epidemic -Reason for leaving job : Due to the covid epidemic, economic difficulties affect sales, so stop cooperating with the company and find a new environment

4. TELESALE SUPERVISOR // 03/2019 - 08/2020 - Nashvn 

I worked as a telesale advisor from March 2019 to August 2019, advising customers on the Forex and cryptocurrency markets. In late August 2019, I was nominated for the position of telesale team leader, managing a team of 9 telesale employees.

-I guided customers on how to trade on the stock market and assisted them with any issues they may have.

-I supported, developed, and evaluated the performance of employees and recognized the best performers.

-I trained new employees and motivated them to do their best.

-Resolved customer complaints, inquiries, and requests.

-Developed plans and strategies to boost the team's and company's sales.

-I collaborated with the marketing and communications departments to stay up-to-date on customer needs and trends, and to constantly update the customer closing process for employees.

-I evaluated and reported on the quality of customer service advice on a weekly and quarterly basis, and I reported the team's performance to management.

-Supported and trained capable employees so that they could be promoted to new positions.

-I collaborated with the after-sales department to manage the team's customer accounts. In September 2020, the company was forced to lay off employees and close its doors due to the COVID-19 pandemic and a poor business climate.
