2. SALES SUPERVISOR // 08/2021 - 09/2022 - Citigym
I started working at Citigym in August 2021 as a Sales Member, responsible for advising and supporting customers to join the club and providing information about the benefits and types of suitable training programs.
In February 2022, I was nominated for the position of Training Supervisor. And in April, I officially signed a contract as a Sales Supervisor:
-Conduct training for new employees and motivate and inspire them.
-Resolve customer complaints, inquiries, and requests.
-Develop plans and strategies to boost team and company sales.
-Collaborate with the Marketing and Communications departments to understand customer needs and trends, and always innovate the customer closing process for employees.
-Conduct weekly and quarterly evaluations and reports on the quality of customer service and report the team's performance to management.
-Support and closely train capable employees to be promoted, rewarded, and warned for those who have not had good performance.
-Ensure individual monthly sales.
-Fully update the promotion programs and terms to disseminate to employees.
-At the Sales Membership Supervisor position, I won the Best Supervisor award in April, May, and June, and was nominated for the position of Assistant Manager Training.
Reason for leaving: The working environment provides good income and I have been trained in many skills, but because I have a different direction and do not fit the working hours at the company, I have resigned.
