1. Worked for Carlsberg branch in HCM City as a Marketing staff
Main duties: To recruit, to train, to manage the promotion girl team, to manage and strengthen the sales system in HCM city and the neiboughring areas. Getting feedback from the market, forecast- evaluation of the market.
2. Worked for Coca-Cola Vietnam (CCBVL) as Area Sales Manager (ASM).
Main duties: managed all the distributors in Dong Nai, Lam Dong, and Binh Thuan province. I also recruited, trained and managed, tracking all the Sales man, Sales Rep for company in that market. I built the Wholesaler system, Retailer system, Key Retailer Channel, established the Master Coverage Planning (MCP) for staff. Achievement: the Coke Availability from 60% grow to 90%-95%, especially somewhere achieved 100%. CoCa-CoLa is the dominant product in Dong nai market.
3. Worked for Foster’s Vietnam ltd
Main duties : I managed Dong Nai, Binh Duong, Binh Phuoc, Tay Ninh province with 15 Distributors, 7 Sales Reps, 7 PGTLs (Promotion Girl Team Leader) and over 70 Promotion Girls. My area had the sales volume only below volume in Hochiminh City
4. Worked for Philip Morris Vietnam as Area Sales Manager, managed a quarter of Hochiminh city.
Achievement: became the Trainer for sales force in department, was appointed into Sales Operation Development (SOD).
5. Worked for PepsiCo Vietnam as National I&S Manager (Implementation and Sustainability).
Main duties: Cooperated with HR to make Induction course for new comers, setting up Incentive Policy for Sales Team. Tracked all Sales Score cards (Field Check). Performed the TNA. Made Sales System report to analyze all KPIs: Strike Rate, Route operation. Analyzed Retail audit report, cooperated in setting up SDO (Sales Development Objective) Developed the yearly and monthly training plans (AOP). Especially in 2011, I made a Visual Training by Video clips which was high appreciated by BOD and Sales Team. I was also a facilitator, a chief editor to write Handling Objection book. This book was using for Sales - Route efficiency. I drove Recognition Program with Sales Team by end of year to select best Candidate to get President Awards, Ring of Honor Awards, and ITS Awards. The celebrating Parties were organized successfully in HCM city to motivate Sales Spirits is my contribution and organization.
