o Building the Business Strategy and Business Plan for new Product in Key market with the main Product Line, Product Design, Original (such as Tiles, Natural Stone, Laminate Flooring Nature, Wood Flooring, Kitchen, Door, etc.).
o Researching and analyse the Competitors in bitching. Collect the trends, mindset, design insights for launching new product collections.
3. Marketing Planning & Implementation (15%)

o Responsible for managing and operating the Innovation & Growth Department (Marketing Department) included Marketing executive, Digital Marketing, Graphic Design & Interior Design).
o Creating Brand Guideline, Marketing plans for the Company Projects and its affiliated brands (including Co-branding program with partners: GRD, Monalisa, Lotte Staron) in a strategic direction base on the customer insight.
o Establish budgets, resources to implement the Marketing Plan 360. Manage budgets for activities and ensure efficiency. Sponsorship from Lotte Staron, GRD, Monalisa for Vietbuild Exhibition. o Market research, competitor research to ensure planning business-marketing
