1. Business Developement & Sales (65%)

o Building Relationship with Government, Investors, Main Contractors, Sub Contractors, Design & Build Company Leaders in Material Building industry.

o Leading Sales Department & Sourcing Team. Building & launching the Sales Stratergy & Target Sales for Sales Department (Retail, Projects, Distributors). Reached 10 billions during 4 months only.

2. Market Research & New Product Launching (20%)

o Building the Business Strategy and Business Plan for new Product in Key market with the main Product Line, Product Design, Original (such as Tiles, Natural Stone, Laminate Flooring Nature, Wood Flooring, Kitchen, Door, etc.).

o Researching and analyse the Competitors in bitching. Collect the trends, mindset, design insights for launching new product collections.

3. Marketing Planning & Implementation (15%)

o Building Marketing Plan (B2B & B2C) for Agency (Out-sourcing Team) to launching at the Budget to increase the traffic of Sales leading number both online and offline channels. INNOVATION & GROWTH MANAGER cum CEO ASSISTANT

1. General Management Support (15%) o Establish, re-establish and manage the system, work processes with departments and departments authorized by the Director to coordinate.

o On behalf of the Board of Directors to manage, operate, coordinate and support effective operations with the authorized departments and departments (such as Business Structures, Sales Department Models, Recruitment, Corporating Tranining, HR Policy, etc.).

o Researching and assessing potential-risks, developing strategies, plans for independent implementation or accompanying strategic partners in key markets in the field areas, new categories (such as “Grab business Model” in Building Materials, Bach Moc Restaurant Project, etc.).

3. Marketing Planning (25%)

o Responsible for managing and operating the Innovation & Growth Department (Marketing Department) included Marketing executive, Digital Marketing, Graphic Design & Interior Design).

o Creating Brand Guideline, Marketing plans for the Company Projects and its affiliated brands (including Co-branding program with partners: GRD, Monalisa, Lotte Staron) in a strategic direction base on the customer insight.

o Establish budgets, resources to implement the Marketing Plan 360. Manage budgets for activities and ensure efficiency. Sponsorship from Lotte Staron, GRD, Monalisa for Vietbuild Exhibition. o Market research, competitor research to ensure planning business-marketing
