As a packaging and POSM specialist, I handle quality and technology for garments,
bags, and carton boxes at suppliers for Heineken Viet Nam.
1. Supplier Quality Control
• Ensures that all suppliers are qualified according to Heineken’s standard before
putting them into supplier list at fields including garment (uniform, bag); plastic
products (Ice box, ice bucket); carton box.
• Establish professional and effective working relationships with suppliers, update
and follow up audit plan at suppliers.
• Ensure suppliers follow quality agreement strictly which is signed between
Heineken and Suppliers. Follow up with supplier change management and
supplier’s QMS improvements.
• Utilize QA tools to analysis the quality performance of suppliers and work
closely with suppliers on improvements according to CAPA. Hold regular
quality performance review meeting with major suppliers.
• Summary quality data and make KPI report, send to manager and suppliers.
Request suppiers who had poor performance improve their quality system.
• Support suppliers in finding root cause of non-conformity points, recommend
suppliers to conduct corective actions.
2. Quality Assuarance
• Develop and optimize the overall quality management procedures regarding to
packaging and POSM.
• Work closely with quality global and intenal team to update and apply quality
standard if there are any change, Communicate with internal team
• Ensure Packaging and POSM are produced as Heineken’s standard.
3. Quality Engineering:
• Involve to dvelopment process at quality site: from packaging and POSM
design, choosing mateials, technology, make mock up sample, run trial, packing,
evaluate efectiveness and make decision for mass production.......
• Improvement Continuous:
Reduce material cost and increase capacity in production, sussgest solution for
sustanable development.
• Conduct quality inspection and work with suppliers solving problems in
production
• Handle Quality complains with internal teams.

4. Quality System Management:
• Build up the Quality system for Technology dept.
