1. Recruitment and Training Office - GONSA Pharmaceutical JSC, HCM City
Recruitment and Branding Activities:
- Design and implement overall recruiting strategy with specific plans and 1 st Round of Interview
- Create source and attract candidates by social media (Facebook, Linkedin, Recruitment website), especially by the page I created for recruitment in combination with branding activities (www.facebook.com/tuyendungGonsa)
- To apply the On-boarding process with Offer arrangement, Labour Contract follow-up, … - - Conduct Exit Interview to understand insight of employee’s leaving and then to improve retention
- Organize annual event: Company’s birthday, Company trip, Sport day, JOB fair,….
- Provide Internal report including recruitment plan, training report, staff exit interview and staff turnover.
Training Activities:
- Research and analyze the training needs of the company
- Organize orientation class for new employees online and offline weekly
- Updating, improving policies and training
- Manage part of training system: create account, progress of new employees
