1. MAISON RETAIL MANAGEMENT CO. LTD - HEAD OF CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE
Manage and continually improve the Customer Service Experience for customers to ensure that they are happy and get the instant support.
Ensure that Maison listens to what customers want and ensure that the company responds in the most effective and relevant and personal way. Success will be measured through the NPS rating and other customer feedback.
2. Tan Hiep Phat Group (THP), a Vietnamese company - F&B, FMCG
To manage a call center team for in bound supports such as: receive customer complains, products consult, one-point contact for external customers
To perform out bound calls to conduct customer survey, customer caring and customer complain solving via calls.
To monitor and analyze customer survey results and identify customer trends; make recommendations for improvement and implement.
To deploy Monthly customers survey to strengthen business and services (Logistics, QA, Payment, Policy, products, brand…)
To resolve problems with consumers and end-users at site in a professional manner to reduce escalated customer problems and to increase the overall level of customer service.
