- Brand Strategy Development: Own, develop and manage the brand marketing strategies in order to establish strategic direction and positioning for Home Credit.
- Brand Campaign Planning & Execution:
+ Lead, formulate and build campaign proposal, present and supervise team to execute marketing activities to support the business goals.
+ Collaborate with ESG, PR, Growth MKT and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication of the focused brand activities, especially for new company’s initiatives.
- Brand Identity Management:
+ Ensure that all marketing materials adhere to these guidelines for a cohesive and recognizable brand presence.
+ Collaborate with relevant departments to execute the campaigns, while complying with internal/external audit compliance.
- Brand Monitoring and Analysis: Closely work with Research team to. To track performance of all brand marketing campaigns, make sure all Brand Health Scores KPIs are achieved.
- Budget management: Manage budgets for brand initiatives, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to achieve KPIs.
- People management: Manage Brand MKT & Content MKT team to deliver all Brand & Products MKT content/brand activities for Home Credit activities.
- Other related duties requested by line manager.
- Experience: From 5 years of experience in Marketing Communication
- Creativity: Generating innovative and impactful ideas for branding campaigns and initiatives.
- Presentation Skills: Effectively presenting ideas, strategies, and campaign results to internal teams and stakeholders.
- Analytical Skills: Capability to analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of branding efforts and make informed decisions.
- Adaptation: Familiar with fast-paced working environment, quick adaptation to handle multiple product marketing projects at a time, with many stakeholders.
- Crisis Management: Being prepared to handle negative situations that could impact the brand's reputation and responding appropriately.
- Collaboration: effectively work with cross-functional teams, including executive management, project & brand management.
- Details orientation: High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple competing priorities effectively.
- Communication: Strong verbal, written and communication skills in English required.
