Mô tả công việc
- Analyze and develop compliance framework based on applicable and newly promulgated laws;
- Directly check and assess compliance event, define violation and recommend corrective actions;
- Report on compliance level of actual activities of the Company;
- Monitor and manage the implementation of compliance framework and corrective actions
- Other tasks assigned by managers.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s degree in law, finance, business management or a related field.
- Have at least 2 years experiences in related position.
- Preferably working in Financial & Banking institution
- Good knowledge of legal requirements and procedures.
- Well negotiating skill
- Planning skill
- Critical thinking & result-oriented;
- Proactive and independent under high pressure.
- Hardworking, teamwork
- Brilliant oral and written communication skills.
