Mô tả công việc
- Sales Performance Analysis: Perform in-depth analysis of sales operational activities, including sales performance and operations forecasting. Identify trends, opportunities, and challenges within sales data to inform strategic decisions.
- Sales Agency and Insurance Management: Oversee the management of sales agencies and insurance companies to ensure effective collaboration and alignment with departmental objectives.
- Project Participation: Collaborate with relevant departments to execute sales projects focused on enhancing operational efficiency.
- Reporting: Establish a reporting mechanism and conduct periodic analyses to monitor operations and sales results for each Business Unit (BU). Develop and maintain a reporting and analysis system to ly update the BOD.
- Undertake other tasks assigned by Line manager.
Yêu cầu công việc
1. Education level, certification:
- Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in economics or finance.
2. Experience, Skill:
- At least 5 years of related experience in sales planning or a similar role.
- Excellent strategic vision and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent data processing and analysis skills.
- Good communication skills, ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Very strong and solid working experience in Reporting Platform, Data Warehousing and Power BI tools, SQL or Python…
