Mô tả công việc

- Responsible for proposing and implementing annual sales targets for assigned markets.
- Propose and implement support plans to facilitate and encourage customers/distributors to achieve sales target.
- Propose and develop the most suitable distribution system/product for the assigned market. Monitor, evaluate, adjust, and expand markets/customers on an annual basis.
- Manage and monitor order fulfillment for customers/distributors from order receipt, proforma invoice creation, contract establishment, production placement, up to delivery, payment collection and contract settlement. Intervene and provide support when necessary.
- Support, advise, and update market information to assist customers in making import-related decisions, improving retention rates, customer satisfaction, while maintaining and increasing order value.
- Monitor and report timely to the Manager/Board of Directors on market fluctuations in the assigned market and propose appropriate solutions.
- Regularly research and update food regulations of various countries and Vietnamese import-export regulations.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in export sales or international business.
- Familiarity with export regulations, documentation, and compliance.
- Strong sales skills and ability to negotiate contracts.
- Ability to conduct market research and analyze trends.
- Understanding of global business practices and cultural differences.
- Fluency in English and additional languages may be beneficial.
