• Solution/system analysis and implementation of new functions in complex application landscapes
• Proficient to be a change agent and implementation of innovative ideas & solution(s)
• Integration, architecture, and software development processes in a coffee commodity environment, from fact findings, process automation to quality assurance in enterprise applications
• Close cooperation with external consultants/vendors and internal departments (group-wide)
• Maintenance and continual review of existing systems
• Installation, configuration, operation, and further development of the group-wide server landscape
• Selection and configuration of hardware and operating system platforms as well as their implementation / optimization / further development
• Diagnosis and elimination of errors in this environment
• Regional Daily IT support for users
• IT infrastructure testing before upgrades and migration
• Creation and maintenance of systems documentation
• Participation in group wide projects for the Asia Pacific zone Skills and Competencies
• English & Vietnamese is a must, or any Asian language would be an asset.
• Diploma or University degree in IT
• At least two to three years of professional experience in a comparable position, preferably in the commodity space
• Very good knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking & security such as Microsoft Active Directory, Windows Server operating systems, FortiGate firewalls & Unifi networking devices CCTV/physical security systems, etc.
• Experience with MS O365 & Sentinel One
• First practical experience in object-oriented software development, for example in JAVA SE (incl. version 7), SQL, JavaScript, Tomcat, Typescript and Angular as well as with Linux
• Experience in the use of Hyper-V & VMware desirable
• Experience with MS Dynamics 365 would be an asset.
• Experience and knowledge of CTRM system deployments in the commodities trading sector would be very highly valued.
