- As a key member leadership team, the Procurement Manager assumes leadership role in building, implementing, and overseeing all operational systems, processes, workflows, and procedures.
- In accordance with policies and procedures in manage and control Procurement systems and procedures to continually improve the supply chain process, ensure cost effective contracting of products and services, and promote compliance internally with established standards.
- Report directly to: Procurement Director, & Report indirectly to: CFO
- Bachelors Degree in logistics, procurement, supply chain management, business management, foreign trade, or a relevant field. Masters degree preferred.
- At least 5 years experience in the same position
- Computer Skills: MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
- Language Skills: Good in English (speaking, writing, and listening)
- Excellent communication, listening, negotiation skills.
- Excellent analysis, risk management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities within the deadline and prioritize effectively, while delivering high-quality work.
- Solution oriented with a high sense of ownership, quality, attention to detail, accuracy, efficiency, and meeting tight deadlines.
- Experience working in Retail, Construction, Jewelry, F&B industry is a plus.
- Follow deadlines, integrity, disciplined, willing to learn and can-do attitude.
