- Do the analysis to find any opportunities for the business’s performance improvement.
- Reviewing and analyzing financial statements and other reports, including preparing monthly commentary to explain variances between actual results and last month, budget, forecast.
- Assist in preparing daily, and monthly reports. Make sure all reports are delivered on time.
- Prepare budget and forecasts, rolling forecast. Identify risks and opportunities that affect the achievement of forecast.
- Can work as the finance business partner with other functions and BUs.
- Ensure business owners are executing the budgeted plan, including tracking actuals, approval of projects & providing direction to business owners.
- Developing financial models, including pricing modeling, forecasting modeling.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and financial statements.
- 4+ years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and modeling.
- Ability to present financial information to a non-financial audience.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Detail-oriented, strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced Excel skills, other skills like Power Query, and Power BI are preferred.
- Having experience in F&B/nightlife is preferred.
