The Job Description ● Monitor progress and tasks according to the proposed process ● Understand and communicate system requirements from customers to the team as well as support team members in sending questions to customers and monitor and resolve problems. ● Check and confirm tasks are completed before releasing the demo or official version of the product ● Manage work-related files and lists; Manage meeting schedules with customers ● Support superiors in carrying out work-related organizational activities ● Summarize the situation and respond to customers ● Fully report daily work to superiors and customers; Fully inform about problems related to team members, projects, customers,...
Your Skills and Experience
● Female candidates are preferred ● Have a laptop to work. ● University graduate majoring in Economics, Foreign Languages, IT or related majors. ● Good English 4 skills (equivalent to IELTS 7.0 or TOEIC 900). ● Have 1-2 years of experience related to management and customer support (knowledge/experience in the IT industry is an advantage). ● Good written and communication skills. ● Ability to organize, arrange, solve problems and work effectively as a team. ● Having knowledge of project management is an advantage.
