- Promote investigation to find root cause, take action and expand to similar problem for prevention action and solve problem.
- Handling returned part analysis to solve customer claim & take care customer.
- Another job that's assigned by Supervisor/ Manager
- At least 1 year of experience in analyzing and improving errors in the production line (QC/IE working experience is preferred).
- Graduate Mechatronics, Mechanics, Electronic.... background from university
- Computer skill such as: Word, excel, PowerPoint.
- Understanding technical drawing and can use basic measuring equipment tools.
- Ability to make reports and communicate in English.
- Able to work independent and teamwork.
- Good communication, friendly, open-mined, dynamic, and enthusiastic at work
- Can work under high pressure.
- Familiar with QC Tools, analysis method and logical thinking
