- To update company structure in Organization Chart monthly & yearly
- To control Human Resources (HR) policies & regulations to guide employee to follow as per Company policy & Labor law
- To control & update employee data in Personnel files (hard copy) and in HR Management system if there is any change
- To make HR reports following the assignment of Management team
- To arrange some HR events such as Annual health check, company annual award ceremony, promotion...
- Other job assigned by Head of Department
- Having 2 years of experience of same job scope
- Good interpersonal skill, Integrity and approachability
- Having teamwork spirit and detail-oriented person
- Good Microsoft office skill is an advantage (especially Word, Excel and PowerPoints)
- Good at English at 4 skills
