Job details:  Sourcing & Purchasing 

- Receive request for quotation, source domestic and oversea suppliers (China, Thailand, Singapore, Korea, Australia, Taiwan,..) for DDP price

- Discuss with technical support for drawing and tolerance to offer replacement if any

- Check SO to buy shortage items, contact suppliers to check stock and make PO, payment, deal delivery terms

- Handle all procedure of import shipments from creating PO to receive goods in warehouse

- Submit request for inventory to BOD based on analysis Sales report and Sales strategy, process purchasing after approval

- Solve any problem on mix-up, failure, return goods (DMR)

Warehouse controlling

- Monitor strictly Receiving goods based on PO in system

- Require IQC and submit inspection report to concerns

- Do stock-count, control inventory quantity and location

Shipping planning

- Make shipping plan and expedite to warehouse

- Prepare shipping document, labels for packing

- Contact shippers and combine shipments to save logistics cost

Customer service handling

- Update shipping date to Sales or customers in time

- Receive and solve customer’s claim (return, exchange, failure)

5. EAST WEST REPRESENTATIVE OFFICE. Dist 1, HCMC 

- Do bookings with nominated forwarders (FedEx, DB Schenker, Expeditors, DSV, Hellman, Vantage, etc.) for shipments to US, UK, Switzerland, Belgium, etc.

- Send booking to suppliers, follow strictly QC‘s inspection

- Go with QC in consolidation shipments to acquire the actual conditions at ports and ICDs

- Handle shipping documents with forwarders (SI, ISF, VGM, etc.) and U.S in GP, BOSS/EDI

- Update and make report to recap data (PO, invoices, expense, turnover, commission)
