1. Dealer Operation Standard (DOS) Sales Training Implementation
• Training & implementing the DOS Sales basic for new Dealers based on company plan
• DOS Sales training materials development & update for practical implementation
• Conduct meeting with relevant departments to analyze and find out the root causes and improvements. Take action plan and manage Dealers to follow action plan
• CRM system usage training and implementing to Dealers related to DOS Sales
2. DOS Sales & Sales Satisfaction Index (SSI) Performance Monitoring & Analysis:
• Monitor and report the performance of the Dealers regarding DOS Sales, support inquiries and ensure Dealers adhere to DOS Sales and other related standard guidelines
• Cooperate with related sections to conduct periodically survey to monitor customer satisfaction. In
- Education: Bachelor's degree, preferably with major in Automotive Engineering/Marketing/Business Administration
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in Automotive and Training
- Knowledge:
• Strong understanding of DOS Sales principles & practices
• Familiarity with CRM System and their implementation
• Understanding of sales performance metrics and analysis
• Knowledge of customer satisfaction measurement and survey methodologies
- Required skills:
• Good English proficiency (all 4 skills, especially good at speaking & writing)
• Proven training delivery & presentation proficiency
• Strong analytical report and problem-solving skills
• Effective interpersonal communication & negotiation skills
- Other (if any):
• B2 driver’s license
• Have teamwork spirit, ability to work independently
