The Branding Team Leader will play a critical role in shaping the public and internal persona of our company. This individual will be at the forefront of developing strategic brand initiatives, overseeing market research, managing the branding budget, and crafting creative assets and campaigns that resonate with our audience. The scope of work for the Branding Team Leader will include, but is not limited to, the following key areas:
- Brand Planning: Crafting and executing long-term brand strategies and short-term tactical plans that align with the company's overall vision and goals.

Qualifications:
- Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree or an MBA would be advantageous.
- Professional Experience: At least 5 years of experience in marketing or agency roles, with a minimum of 3 years in a brand manager position or similar. Experience in the home appliance industry is preferred, highlighting familiarity with market dynamics and customer engagement specific to this sector.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the current marketing landscape, including digital marketing trends and brand communication principles

- Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies that align with the company's objectives.
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in market research, data analysis, and the use of metrics to guide decision-making and assess campaign success.
- Creative Vision: An eye for design and a creative mind to oversee the development of innovative and effective marketing materials and campaigns.
- Leadership Abilities: Strong leadership skills to inspire and manage a team, along with excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate across departments, can work well in a team or indenpendently.
- Budget Management: Experience in budget planning and financial acumen to control costs and allocate resources effectively.
- Communication Expertise: Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal (Vietnamese focus with intermediate English proficiency), to articulate brand vision and to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Crisis Management: The ability to stay calm under pressure and handle potential brand crises with strategic planning and clear communication.
- Adaptability: Capacity to adapt to new trends, technologies, and shifts in the market to keep the brand relevant and competitive.
- Digital Savvy: Familiarity with digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and social listening tools.
- Project Management: Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Public Relations: Experience in public relations, with a knack for maintaining a positive brand image and handling corporate communications.
- Internal Communication: Skill in fostering strong internal communication protocols to ensure brand consistency throughout all company departments.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to navigate challenges and obstacles in brand management and campaign execution.
