1. Technical Support and Issue Resolution:
• Provide technical support for web and SaaS applications, troubleshooting and resolving user issues.
• Act as a liaison between end-users and development teams to ensure prompt and effective issue resolution.
• Document and maintain up-to-date records of application issues, resolutions, and processes.
• Provide IT helpdesk support to users, resolving basic IT issues, and escalating complex issues to appropriate teams.
• Provide training and support to users on software applications and systems.
2. Application Administration and Maintenance:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or related field
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a software development or IT support environment. Basic IT helpdesk experience, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
- Knowledge:
• Understanding of web applications and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) concepts
• Basic knowledge of programming languages such as JS, C#, Python
• Familiarity with database management systems like MSSQL, MySQL
• Experience with Microsoft SharePoint, Power Automate is a plus.
- Required skills:
• Good English proficiency (all 4 skills)
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with end-users and software
- Other (if any): Flexibility and willingness to learn new technologies and processes
