Mô tả công việc

1.Payroll Management

– Check Employee data on SAP system.

– Process and check Time & Attendance data, working hours from SAP system to payroll and reconcile variances ultilzing tools in the system

– Consult employees or management level to correct attendance record errors on SAP system if any.

– Process payroll (calculate, reconcile, prepare for bank transfer, distribute payslip) timely, accurately, and compliantly.

– Respond employees questionaire and make reports to direct supervisor or HRM

2. PIT & Dependant registration & Social Insurance

– Register PIT code and PIT dependant for employees.

– Complete monthly PIT declaration report to Tax Dept.

– Perform PIT finalization on yearly basis for Vnese staffs.

– Register SHUI contribution for new employees and resigned employees.

– Make the report to Social Insurance Agency every month as per mandatory requirements.

– Make claims for social insurance benefits for employees and follow up payment

– Contact Social Insurance Agency on providing SI book and health insurance card for employees.

– Complete the transfering procedure of SI Book for resigned staffs.

3. Labor contract

– Make labor contract for new staff.

– Make annex to labor contract, contract renewal

– Ensure labor contract and annex to labour contract are given to employees on time.

4. Employee’s profile management

– Set up records and personnel file for new employees.

– Maintain employee’s records in personnel file

5. Rules and Regulations

– Follow all working procedures, the company’s policies, rules and regulations

– Check, monitor, remind and guide subordinates to follow the rules and regulations.

6. Other tasks

– Make periodical report to Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs

– Prepare periodical labor reports to be sent to Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs.

– Make reports relating to Payroll, PIT, SHUI module to C&B DM (if any)

– Other tasks assigned by C&B Deputy Manager and HR Manager

Yêu cầu công việc

Qualification and Requirements:

– University degree

– Minimum 3 years experience in C&B field with at least 500 employees.

– Good knowledge of HR related regulations and laws of Vietnam

– Knowledge of SAP system, payroll module is prefered.

– Strong PC skills including Excel.

– Detail – oriented

– Ability to deal sensitively with confidential material

– Good analytical and commnucation skills.

– Good organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills.

– Working knowledge of payroll best practices.
