Mô tả công việc

To ensure functionality, comfort, safety and efficiency of the built environment by integrating people, place, process and technology

  • Delegating cleaning and maintenance tasks to team members
  • Monitoring the safety and cleanliness of interior and exterior areas, such as offices, meeting rooms, storages
  • Performing routine maintenance on facilities and making repairs as needed
  • Scheduling routine inspections and emergency repairs
  • Ensuring proper security measures for the workplace, including collaborating with security system vendors or a team of security professionals
  • Maintaining day-to-day operations of facilities, such as delegating or completing maintenance orders Inspect buildings’ structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations
  • Review utilities consumption and strive to minimize costs
  • Control activities like tools, assets, waste disposal, building security etc.
  • Allocate office space according to needs

Setup logistic service & full control over admin office management to ensure Depts in company focus on general business goal

  • Manage admin activities to ensure equipment, supplies and office resources are used effectively and economically
  • Responsible in communication with authorities, partners, suppliers, building management on behalf of the company in scope of given authority.
  • Manage, prepare and follow up budget (General office operations)
  • Follow up the payment  status for suppliers in Admin Fields to make sure constantly service
  • Control admin support for all departments in our company to help them focus on general business goal
  • Assure Admin Policy and Procedure implemented & compliance correctly. Update & build up Admin policy to improve company.
Yêu cầu công việc
  • Proven experience in facilities management, maintenance management
  • Can effectively communication in English
  • Skillful in budgeting, leadership, renovation projects of both maintenance and office management field
  • Problem solving, communication and organization skills to flexible & confident when handling with issue
  • Soft skills: careful, flexible, high responsibility
