Mô tả công việc
1. Collection support
- Application support to Collection systems
- Daily monitoring of dialer performance
- Collection systems maintenance
- Follow new processes & technical support
- Report and trouble-shooting issues/ incidents/ problems of Collection
- Dialer system parameters setup and optimization
- System analysis and improvement suggestion
2. Testing for Continuous Delivery (Collection system)
- UAT/Smoke-test environments
- Test planning & task assignment, coordinate with resources for testing
- Create tickets and update reports in test processes
- Verify the result and report
3. Project coordinator
- Participate in Collection projects if there is a need for technical support
- Technical support
- User experience and system changes
- Collecting the user requirements
- Support for suggesting changes on the system
Yêu cầu công việc
- At least 3 years experience in IT application support
- Able to analyze issues, troubleshoot to support and resolve incidents in applications
- Hands-on experience in conducting incidents reports
- Understand the enterprise IT architecture practices, application integration
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Able to read code and log for various programming languages and application server/middleware
- Fluently in English (speaking and writing)
