Mô tả công việc

Management of all change requests/service requests.

Review all the bugs/tasks, assigning them to the development team to respond exact fixing timeline to end-users
-
Communicate with end-users to gather their requirements
-
Consult solutions that match both business requirements and system requirements

Analyze user requirements to meet their expectations
-
Design and write business specification docs as in-house user
-
Enhance local system development to meet business requirements.

Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
-
Focus on eBao Life Insurance core system (New life insurance products and Day2, Day3,... ) and non-Core System (CPO, Loyalty...)
-
Work with developers/vendors/partners to develop/integrate new systems or new features on the existing systems/applications
-
Closely work with end-users to investigate the issues if any
-
Work with the development team to transfer all requirements and business specifications to develop features that will match user requirements
-
Assist and perform SIT and smoke testing before releasing to the UAT phase
-
Handle production issues in the current system by self-analyzing root causes, and co-working with vendors and other IT teams to fix them.

Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.

Providing leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to junior staff

A bachelor’s degree in IT/Finance or related field.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in IT domain with business analysis role

Have more 3 years working in Insurance or Finance or related domains
-
Deeply understanding of life insurance products (traditional, UL, ILP)
-
Have more knowledge and experience of Life Insurance workflow processes for product creation, sale channel definition and distribution, agencies development and management, new application submission, underwriting and policy issues, performing policy changes, doing the premium collection, claims process, and reinsurance….

The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.

More experiences in life insurance:

Deeply understanding of life insurance products (traditional, UL, ILP)

Have more knowledge and experience of Life Insurance workflow processes for product creation, sale channel definition and distribution, agencies development and management, new application submission, underwriting and policy issues, performing policy changes, doing the premium collection, claims process, and reinsurance….

Advanced technical skills in:

Using suitable tools for business modeling, drawing business flows/diagrams, creating logical screen design

Experience in writing SQL queries to inquire about data needed

Having ability to analyze the business process and business functionality.

Good in both speaking and writing in English.
