Mô tả công việc
- Monitor business trends and analyze performance
- Provide business solving solutions for Top Management
- Design visualization dashboard and analytics for both internal and external
- Calculate quarterly bonus for QA and Trainers
- Be in-charged in projects/analytics for Customer Service, Customer Payment and Call Center
- Develop Real-time data model and Customer 360o view
- Manage data model and Datamart for Operations Department (in both HADOOP and Oracle Database)
- R&D on new technologies capable to apply in HCVN
Yêu cầu công việc
- 2 Years of Experience at Data Analyst or Equivalent Experience.
- Good knowledge of SQL and PowerBI
- Experience in Python is a big plus.
- Strong sense of business acumen.
- Good at communication and critical thinking.
- Good English skills
- Flexible and willing to learn
