Mô tả công việc
- Conduct daily screening/tagging to categorize content and evaluate UGC (User Generated Content) content quality on the e-commerce platform from agent.
- Conduct root cause analyses to improve UGC content quality, and provide summaries and recommendations.
- Maintain an understanding of Client policies and community guidelines in order to identify opportunities for optimization on the e-commerce platform.
- Ensure consistent content quality throughout the E-commercial ecosystem.
- Manage BPO performance to achieve KPIs of productivity.
- Working time: Mon-Sat, from 9 AM - 6 PM.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Minimum 1-year experience in a QA position or 2+ years in a SME/ Senior Agent position.
- Proficiency in English.
- Advanced knowledge of MS products, particularly Excel.
- Excellent communication skills – Analytical, able to analyze data and draw insights.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Innovative and able to influence others.
- Willing to work the shift (if any).
