We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Account Manager/Project Manager to join our team and play a crucial role in executing marketing campaigns for our ecommerce platform's add-on options for our clients. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of marketing strategies and a passion for driving results through well-executed campaigns.
• Campaign Execution: Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns for our ecommerce platform's marketing add-ons. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign goals, timelines, and deliverables are met. Monitor and optimize campaign performance to achieve desired outcomes.
• Data Analysis: Monitor campaign metrics and gather insights to assess campaign effectiveness. Use data to identify trends, successes, and areas for improvement. Prepare regular reports on campaign performance for internal stakeholders.
• Client Engagement: Interact with clients to understand their campaign objectives, provide guidance on campaign strategies, and gather feedback. Ensure clients are kept informed about campaign progress and results.
• Project Management: Organize and manage campaign tasks, timelines, and resources effectively. Ensure all campaign components are executed on time and within budget.
• Digital Agency Background: Substantial experience working in or with marketing agencies is essential.
• Marketing Knowledge: Solid understanding of marketing principles and strategies. Familiarity with digital marketing, social media, and other online marketing channels.
• Ecommerce Understanding: Basic knowledge of ecommerce operations and the challenges faced by online businesses. Familiarity with ecommerce platforms is a plus.
• Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality, error-free campaign materials.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze campaign data and derive actionable insights to optimize campaign performance.
• Communication Skills: Effective written and verbal communication skills. Ability to convey complex ideas concisely and clearly.
• Project Management: Basic project management skills, including task prioritization, timeline management, and coordination with cross-functional teams.
• Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and timelines.
• English: speaking, reading, writing.
