- Ensure smoothly day-to-day operation and strictly follow clinic procedure
- Ensure excellent customer care to patients
- Ensure effectively working schedule of all personnel at clinic including medical team Ensure inter-departmental collaboration to ensure highest standard of care and services for patients Build up and cultivate good relationship with full-time and part-time doctors, partnered doctors, dental assistant and supporting team to ensure quality treatment, excellent patient service and smooth processes
- Develop, oversee, and monitor the implementation of standard operating procedures for the center Conduct weekly meetings with Admin and Customer Service team for any issues relating to operations and patients care
- Ensure all outsourced services are carried out in timely and cost-effective manner Lead Admin and
- Education: Bachelor Degree
- Foreign Languages: Excellent communication in English and Vietnamese

- Required Experience:
+ At least 2 years in Operations Management
+ Experience in healthcare is an advantage

+ Excellent market and product knowledge
+ Willing to work underpressure and work overtime if necessary
