Mô tả công việc
- Lead Cluster Flash Sale team to ensure the smooth execution and commercial contribution to the platform
- Understand the end-to-end process of Flash Sales and work closely with BD/CMM and Big Campaign to initiate campaigns/deal types under Flash Sale
- Liaise with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure promotional activities, mechanics, and communication lead to commercial results
- Analyze CFS performance including commercial and traffic metrics as well as identify key learnings and share best practices for program improvement
- Initiate new ideas and conduct marketing analysis to grow commercial performance and buyer retention.
- Lead a team of 3 - 5 members to deliver the daily task
- Other tasks assigned by the Reporting Manager.
Yêu cầu công việc
- At least 2 years of experience in a team lead role
- Analytical, logical, and structured thinking with detailed orientation.
- Experience in project management and execution abilities
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to effectively engage with stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently under pressure.
- Functional data analysis skills and ability to quickly extract insights
- Strong command of English (written and spoken)
