Mô tả công việc
- Manage seller policies and seller management initiatives related to operations
- Drive initiatives to improve user experience with focus on seller control and treatment, content management and listing processes
- Take ownership to ensure platform contents’ compliance to brand standards, government regulations and community standards
- Responsible for supervising and leading a large team consisting of both internal and external agents
- Drive performance and ensure agent performance in terms of productivity and quality
- Work closely with commercial teams to understand business focus and drive seller operations initiatives to support business objectives
Yêu cầu công việc
- 7+ years of experience in a fast pace environment (consulting, tech, e-commerce) with at least 3 years of team management experience
- Knowledge/ experience in e-commerce and operations is preferred
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving skills, customer-oriented mindset
- Able to drive insights and solutions from complex data and information, experienced working with numbers and presentation
- Able to build strong professional relationships with both internal and external partners. Provide consistent, effective, and open communication, both verbal and written in English and Vietnamese
