Mô tả công việc

1. Ensure health, safety and employee well-being in the warehouse

  • Make sure that the operation team comply with all the safety, hygiene, health and security guidelines on a daily basis.
  • Put people’s physical and mental well-being at the top of our priority list. Escalate to top management if identifying any risk, as per the company guidelines.
  • Ensure that no incidents happen in the warehouse.

 

2. Operation performance:

  • Manage daily operation and monitor key metrics of Inbound, Outbound , Inventory and Returns team. Make sure that the team adhere to all operation SOP to achieve the results.
  • Be the key point of contact for operation escalations and exceptional case handling. Timely escalate and keep the top management team updated of any issues that could potentially lead to crisis.
  • Work with key stakeholders to propose and align on key operational targets monthly, including but not limited to cost, productivity and service level.
  • Own the operation metrics. Closely monitor and drive key metrics that your team is in charge of. Make sure that the team hits the target in terms of productivity and service level during daily operations and campaigns.

3. Projects: Continuous Improvement projects and ad-hoc project initiation and execution:

  • Collaborate with the project team to enforce continuous improvement knowledge.  
  • Work closely with the project team to initiate and execute Continuous Improvement and cost-saving projects.
  • Work closely with the project team to execute warehouse’s tasks in cross-function projects to improve buyer/ seller experience.

4. Lean leadership and People development:

  • Train, coach and build the team on the job, to develop their soft skills, technical operation capabilities and leadership skills.
  • Communicate effectively with team to help them understand the business priorities. Deliver the vision, inspire them and engage people to work together towards the same goal.
  • Lead by example.

5. Culture

  • Drive a collaborative and open-minded culture where people feel safe and encouraged to exchange ideas, support each other within the team and outside the team.

  • At least 3 years experience in management roles with proven track record in leadership.
  • Experienced with ecom warehouse operation is a plus.
  • Result-driven with an outstanding proven track record. Got this instinct to deliver what you promise.
  • Open-minded, ambitious, flexible and very fast-to-action.
  • Demonstrate can-do spirit, and the commitment to deliver and make things happen.
  • Strong data skillset or field operation experience. Having both skills is a big plus.
