Work closely with Seller Compliance, Content Quality Management, Risk Management, Local PM & Regional teams to understand sellers’ operation challenges, manage and develop the overall Seller Operation & Listing features, Internal portal & Risk Control features to improve the seller technical experience with Shopee, including but not limited to:
- Improvement to the overall seller listing management process on the platform
- Improvement to the internal portal & risk management
- Driving and optimizing Seller Listing/Content & Risk Control features by leading end-to-end project implementation through collaboration with multiple stakeholders; planning & conduct the necessary analysis
- Enhancement to the Listing features/Internal portal via evaluate business metrics, delivery of effective presentations of findings and recommendations (through the dashboard, and reports), and create a visual display of quantitative information
- Assist team leader in other tasks assigned
Experience working in a fast-paced environment, preferably experience in Tech/or e-commerce companies, especially in the content management/ Project management or Internal Risk management field
Critical thinking, problem-solving, ability to conceptualize ideas, presentations, and data analysis
Excellent in communication with different levels of stakeholders, experience working with Senior management level is a plus
Result-oriented, self-driven, positive attitude, and team player striving for team success
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Good team management skills
