Mô tả công việc
As the Customer Excellence Project Management, you will lead diverse improvement projects to enhance services for customers in complex environments, including Customer Support, Seller Support, Rider Support, and others. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring channel performance, conducting deep dives, and proposing improvements.
- Developing and executing strategies within projects, effectively communicating with relevant stakeholders to address unexpected situations in CXL Operations.
- Creating and designing presentations to update the upper level on the status and performance of the project that you own, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
- Collaborating proactively with internal teams such as Ops, CX, Fin-Ops, BI&S, HR, etc., on assigned projects.
- Demonstrating adaptability and responsiveness to changing business needs and decisions.
- Assisting the Customer Excellence Manager in other assigned tasks.
Yêu cầu công việc
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Great attention to detail, excellent data sense and communication skills.
- Strong technical skills in Excel/Google Sheets, PowerPoint/Google Slide.
- Proficiency in technical tools such as SQL/Python, are significant advantages.
- Able to write and communicate well in English and Vietnamese.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Experiences in data-driven project management and implementation are a strong plus.
- 2-4 years of experience in E-commerce positions related to Data Analysis, Project Management, and Coordination, with experiences in e-commerce logistics considered a bonus.
