Mô tả công việc
  • Plan, and execute TVC media buying activities to ensure optimal exposure and reach of our brand and campaigns.
  • Conduct market research to identify target audience, viewership patterns, and competitive insights to enhance media buying decisions.
  • Monitor and analyze TVC campaign performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to maximize ROI.

Radio Ads:

  • Manage the planning and execution of radio advertising campaigns across various stations and regions.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to identify the most appropriate radio channels and time slots to reach our target audience effectively.
  • Work closely with creative teams to develop compelling radio ad scripts and formats.
  • Monitor and analyze radio ad campaign performance, making data-driven optimizations for improved results.

Social Media Ads:

  • Support the Social Media team in planning and optimizing social media advertising campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to ensure that the messaging and creative assets are optimized for social media channels.
  • Monitor and analyze social media ad performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with other members of the marketing team to align offline media strategies with overall marketing objectives.
  • Work closely with the analytics team to track and report on the performance of all offline media campaigns.
  • Coordinate with external media partners and vendors to negotiate favorable rates and ensure timely campaign execution.

Stay Updated on Industry Trends:

  • Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovations in offline media and advertising.
  • Implement best practices and innovative approaches to enhance campaign effectiveness and efficiency.
Yêu cầu công việc
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience 3 years as a minimum in TVC media buying and radio ad management, preferably within the Media agency.  
  • Familiarity with social media advertising platforms and campaigns is essential.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management abilities.
  • Proficiency in using advertising tools and platforms for campaign management (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager).
  • Understanding of key performance metrics and KPIs related to offline media campaigns.
