Mô tả công việc
- Research revenue funnel flows and the management tools currently being used to define what needs to improve
- Plan and build a full-function CRM for OCG, including the development of system documentation.
- Serve as the main point of contact working directly with third-party (Freshsales) to provide solutions for customer-related issues.
- Develop documentation and provide training for teams to use the tool.
- Collaborate with the Apps team to ensure the delivery of features for internal teams utilizing the CRM.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Over 3 years of experience working as a Project Manager on CRM construction projects with subscription-based product groups (preferably those with transaction fees included in the business model).
- Prior experience in customizing available platforms such as Salesforce, Freshsales, Vtiger, etc.
- Capable of managing small-scale projects and understanding product logic, with business analysis skills.
- Familiar with sales funnel flow (Marketing, Sales, Customer Success) and capable of analyzing and building flows.
- Proficient in working with and negotiating with third parties.
