Mô tả công việc
- Conceptualize and lead strategies for business (P&L) that you are in charge, directly report to CEO;
- Achieve and maximize revenue of business by identifying, developing ideas and delivering successfully potential opportunities;
- Preparing and managing monthly, quarterly and annual plans and budgets for the P&L. Setting, monitoring and reporting on team goals; Craft quarterly and annual hiring plans;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across markets, and team members from many country that work remotely to strategize and implement key initiatives, including but not limited to product, market growth and operation;
- Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share;
- P&Ls overview: Cross-border eCommerce Platforms with optimized services and solutions (such as: payment, fulfillment, sourcing, recommendation ...) of ShopBase ecosystem
Yêu cầu công việc
- At least 2-3 years of experience working in of E-Commerce/Product field; Cross-border ecommerce experience is preferred;
- Have experience with building and growing a business, especially with international business that involve building up team in many countries
- Exceptional project management and stakeholder management skills;
- Proven experience in working with larger teams and keeping goals-oriented; ability to self-motivate and multi-task and work independently or within a team;
- Analytical skill set, strong planning and strategy development skills, ability to interact with all level within an organization.
- Strong business sense and growth mindset.
- Fluent in written and spoken English, Chinese
- Good people management skills - you will need to manage people from multiple countries and cultures.
