Mô tả công việc
What will you do?
- Make detailed plans for test teams, and manage team progress.
- Review test documents, manage the execution.
- Control and monitor test results to ensure project quality.
- Summary of issues arising during project implementation and recommendations for improvement, implementation of Scum and role as PM.
- Manage and develop team members.
- Defining and implementing tools to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of QA inside of the Product team
- Proficient in end-to-end testing, not only in delivering a polished user experience but also in keeping the important user flows and business logic in mind.
Yêu cầu công việc
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in the position of Automation Test Leader or Automation Tester or Manual Test Leader
- The careful meticulous, good mindset of software quality, always eager to participate in developing the best quality products.
- Has knowledge and ability to perform testing techniques (black box, white box, automation test, security test).
- Have experience in planning.
- Have experience in testing Web Systems, Mobile Applications.
- Enthusiastic, ability to work under pressure.
