Mô tả công việc
- Working closely with Product Manager team & Product team in all activities of building an ecosystem for e-Commerce platform
- Plan migration for Big Sellers from other platforms to ShopBase platform
- Lead the activities of eliciting and analyzing product goals, business requirements together with customer representatives regarding new modules/features. Document the solution: user stories, activity diagrams, use case specs, screen descriptions, business rules, validation rules, etc.
- Coordinate and manage application teams (Dev, QE) to build migration tools and features
- Integrate and manage Google Merchant Center with ShopBase
- Integrate and manage other marketing tools
- Responsible for writing instructional documents for development teams
- Own project release schedule, work closely with engineers and QE teams to make sure that every release is high quality and timely
Yêu cầu công việc
- At least 3 years of experience inIT Business Analyst/ Product Analyst/ Product Owner/ Product Manager ,...
- Have experience in software consulting and product optimization in eCommerce/ SaaS is an advantage.
- Have experience integrating system with 3rd parties
- Ability to understand product logic, data flow
- IT background is a plus. Knowledge of software development process, especially software requirement analysis
- Good listening and interviewing skills to understand a customer’s business environment and processes
- Ability to document business requirements in an accurate, unambiguous, and concise format
- Good UI/UX knowledge/experience
- Good presentation and client relation skills
- Experience in Agile environment or Scrum Master is a plus
- Good English skills (reading and writing)
