Mô tả công việc
- Collaborate with teams to determine functional and non-functional requirements for new software or applications
- Use tools and methodologies to create representations for functions and user interfaces of the desired product
- Develop high-level product specifications with attention to system integration and feasibility
- Define all aspects of development from appropriate technology and workflow to coding standards
- Research, try and apply new technologies to the products
- Optimize system to ensure it meets performance, security metrics
- Provide technical guidance and coaching to developers and engineers
- Oversee and support the coaching and training of team members to ensure all necessary employees are confident in the use of software applications
- Actively seek ways to improve business software processes and interactions
- Troubleshoot coding problems quickly and efficiently to ensure a productive workplace
Yêu cầu công việc
- Expert in one of the programming languages: Golang, PHP, Java, NodeJS, Javascript, Python, Ruby ...
- Willing to learn new programming languages, and new technologies and improve problem-solving skills
- Experience in software engineering and microservice
- Familiar with database (SQL + NoSQL) is a plus
- Passion for product development with millions of users
- Understanding of software quality assurance principles
- A technical mindset with great attention to detail
- High-quality organizational and leadership skills
- Outstanding communication and presentation abilities
