Mô tả công việc

1. Admission pipeline management:

● Handle students’ entire application process: Data collection, document verification, test registration, info-sessions &

interviews registration, application submission, school enrollment…

● Establish contact and follow-ups with students and parents; maintain contact with all stakeholders relevant to applictions and

provide information support; monitor admission pipeline to achieve the conversion rate from applicants to enrolments

● Identify and monitor pathways cohorts, establish eligibility to progress and record associated advanced standing.

● Update student applications status and team reports accurately and timely

2. Visa support delivery:

● Find out, update information, student visa process for both short-term and long-term programs

● Identify the update changes regarding visa policies throughout the process

● Keep in touch with Embassies’ visa officers and departments.

3. Other task assigned regarding to recruitment and training activities

Yêu cầu công việc
  • Min. 2 years of experience in Case Management for destinations, preferably USA and Australia
  • Experience in short-term program visa (visitor visas)
  • Should be fluent in both English & Vietnamese
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
