Mô tả công việc
- Responsibility for overall content of policies, regulations, procedures, guidelines, and frameworks related to risk management.
- Developing a risk appetite that aligns with the direction of the company and business strategy for each period.
- Provide feedback on regulatory documents related to the development of products, services, and credit business processes. Offer opinions related to risks and inadequate points of products and processes.
- Develop criteria, principles for assessing and applying each product, and policies suitable for each segment and customer needs.
- Develop implementation strategies for the champion & challenge approach applied to pilot programs to measure the effectiveness and impact of each policy.
- Develop performance evaluation criteria and KPIs for the credit appraisal and debt recovery department
- Ensure content compliance with documents, and ensure consistency and synchronicity between documents. Minimize product gaps and simplify the policy execution process.
- Organize, manage, and allocate tasks and resources effectively for personnel in the department.
- Coordinate with leaders of related departments/units/centers to carry out tasks and functions of the department/center.
- Take shared responsibility for managing, monitoring, training, and recruiting employees in the Policy department.
- Regularly organize reviews of work performance, evaluate the level of effort in fulfilling each employee's duties to propose policies for the department's staff such as salary, bonuses, commendation, discipline...
Yêu cầu công việc
1. Knowledge and experience capabilities
- Minimum University degree in finance, economics, or banking-related fields
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in risk management, policy development, and risk management administration documents
- Proficient in consumer financial products and services.
- Good English language proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing
2. Professional competency and skills
- Experience in developing document processes, creative and innovative abilities to propose and improve process documents
- Proficient in the consumer finance sector, product characteristics, and knowledgeable in regulations of NHNN related to the risk management of consumer finance.
