Evaluate and effect new releases; bug fixes; and updates of CS’s systems. Determine functionality requirements and provide detailed information on how changes will apply to all affected users.
Config, monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements
Configurable guiding steps based on local CS team provided SOP flow for agent reference.
Design & run the UAT test Cases/live test to ensure the peformance of new feature before launching
Partner and consult with the business to identify and define business requirements and initiate and prioritize enhancement, gap analysis, and prepare user stories.
Build and fine-tune custom reports, dashboards, and workflows.
Provide the function for managing documentation, project history, and organizational knowledge
Assisting CS Supervisor in other tasks assigned
Minimum 1 year of equivalent work experience.
Excellent Documentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Well-versed in English and organized with high attention to detail.
Ability to work independently, positive attitude, and eagerness to learn
Very strong problem-solving skills
Logical solid thinking & analytical skills
